It was the first meeting for Chapter Leader, Jackie Murphy Of Specialist Dog Training who thanked PJ and the previous leadership team for their hard work in building the success of the Chapter. Jackie asked her leadership team to introduce themselves and we then settled into the well known BNI meeting formula.
First up was Russ Rogers of Ambition Driving Academy who took the Education slot and talked about the new Leadership Team and how they would work to increase even more the benefits of BNI membership. Russ said that these benefits were also down to individual members who should make BNI an integral part of their business and approach it in the same way they would their own business.
The 60 second presentations were as lively and brisk as ever with interesting stories of work challenges and a very fetching Easter Bonnet worn by Damon Trott of Utility Warehouse, who was so beguiling that he also won the 60 second award.
Instead of the 10 minute presentation, we heard from some of the new Leadership Team who were keen to tell us their plans and aspirations and to encourage individuals to be part of the team.
