Gravesend Business Network International (BNI) is a well established business referral group meeting each Thursday for a 7a.m. working breakfast at the Gravesend Masonic Hall in Kent.
On 30th July we passed £11k in business, and were proud of the overall figure for May – £148k worth of business between members! Over the previous six months, that equated to £505k. If you’d like a piece of this business pie, contact Kathy Carter for an intro via LinkedIn – http://uk.linkedin.com/in/kathysirenia – NB we have a visitors’ day on 7th July which is the perfect opportunity to visit for free, and see what we get up to!
Going Potty for Potters
Also on 30th July, BNI Gravesend member Melvyn Potter, of Potters Kitchens and Bathrooms (http://www.potters4u.co.uk) took the ten minute slot to explain his wares.
Melvyn’s company specialises in the fit and / or supply of kitchens, bathrooms and bedrooms. “That special room you have always wanted starts with your ideas,” he explained.
“Our team is very experienced in establishing what a client really wants and needs from their new kitchen, bathroom or bedroom. We would recommend that the initial consultation meeting takes place at our extensive Gravesend showrooms where you will be given a personalised tour of a range of superior English, German and Italian designs. Every design is unique, as is every client. After the initial meeting a home visit will be made where measurements and technical details can be collected to ensure that the design is appropriate for the space.”
Melvyn and his team are renowned for their consistent, high quality standards, and Melvyn showed the networking members present on 30th July some lovely pictorial examples of the suites available. As we all munched our lovely BNI breakfast, it certainly got a few of us thinking about what changes we could make to our own homes!
Melvyn and the Potters team encourage visitors to their showroom at 147 Whitehill Road in Gravesend, and can chat to customers on 01474 331280, email firstname.lastname@example.org.
